WSPD recognizes the importance and need in our community for hiring qualified individuals to serve in the City of Winston-Salem. As an incentive to individuals who join our team, we offer the following sign-on bonuses:
- $2,500 for Communications Operators
- $5,000 for Sworn Police Officers
- $10,000 for In-State Lateral Transfer Sworn Police Officers
